Perfect for beginners, while still challenging the experienced. The sessions are designed for individuals interested in improving, maintaining and / or maximising their fitness.
Boxing, Kickboxing and other striking techniques will be used in some of our sessions, while our focus in the Circuits is to improve CORE and everyday FUNCTIONAL strength.
The class content is constantly changing so you will never get bored- incorporating Cardio, Strength & Conditioning and Flexibility training. You will be working with an array of equipment including but not limited to, bags, focus pads and partner drills to give your body a great all round workout.
The intensity of the workout is determined by you.
