The Turbo Class is a 30 minute class that suits people with a busy lifestyle that are interested in improving, maintaining or maximizing their fitness.
The class content is constantly changing so you will never get bored- incorporating Cardio, Strength & Conditioning and Flexibility training.
You will be working with an array of equipment, bags, focus pads and partner drills to give your body a great all round workout.
The intensity of the workout is determined by you.
